How long does processing take?

Ready-made products are generally processed within 3–5 business days. Custom and personalized products are generally processed within 5–7 business days. Processing time does not include shipping time.

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes! Wick Wear Fusions offers custom and personalized products. Contact us with your idea, preferred colors, wording, and any reference images so we can discuss what is possible.

Can I cancel or change a custom order?

Contact us as soon as possible. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Do you accept returns?

All sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains a mistake made by Wick Wear Fusions, please contact us promptly. Depending on the situation, we will provide a replacement or refund.

Are handmade items identical?

Small variations may occur because many of our products are handmade or individually produced. Colors may also appear slightly different depending on your screen.
