Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all names, dates, spelling, colors, images, sizing, and other customization details submitted with an order.

Wick Wear Fusions, LLC is not responsible for mistakes contained in information submitted or approved by the customer.

Custom and personalized products are made specifically for the customer and are subject to our Return and Refund Policy. Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or different from the approved order details.

By submitting an image, logo, name, phrase, photograph, artwork, or other material for use on a custom product, you represent that you own the material or have permission to use it.

You agree not to submit material that violates copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights belonging to another person or business.

Wick Wear Fusions, LLC may refuse any design or order that we reasonably believe is unlawful, infringing, threatening, hateful, discriminatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Wick Wear Fusions, LLC reserves the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including product availability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, design concerns, or violations of these Terms.

An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once production has begun, we may be unable to accommodate cancellations or changes.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Processing and delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

If an order arrives damaged, appears lost, or contains an incorrect item, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue and, when appropriate, assist with a carrier claim, replacement, or refund.
